What we store
Account email, onboarding answers, training logs, reading sessions, journal entries, nutrition entries, planner tasks, and discipline checks. That is all. We do not collect usage analytics via third parties, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell data.
Who can see it
Only you. Every user row is isolated by Row-Level Security: the database answers queries only for the authenticated owner. The engineering team has no product-level view into your logs.
Files you upload
Book PDFs live in a private locker bucket tied to your user ID. Files are not indexed, not shared, and deleted when your account is deleted. We cap uploads at 20 MB/file, and total files never exceed the number of books assigned to you.
AI processing
Some features (nutrition parsing, task triage, weekly insights) send minimal text to AI providers (Groq, Cerebras). No full journals, no identifiers beyond a hashed cache key; every AI call is logged for audit.
Your choices
Request data export or full deletion from Settings. Deleting your account removes all rows and files. Cookies are used only for auth sessions.
